GENERAL RULES
- We ask all visitors to treat each other politely and follow good manners and customs.
- The adventure park is a place for good moods only. Fighting, bullying, and pushing others are prohibited!
- Please use the adventure park’s attractions and games carefully and responsibly. If property is damaged or destroyed intentionally, Kuulsaal OÜ has the right to demand full compensation for the damages.
- The staff at the adventure park has the right to refuse service to individuals who do not follow the rules, damage the attractions, or disturb other visitors.
- We ask visitors to leave outerwear and shoes in the cloakroom. Kuulsaal OÜ is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items, including valuables.
- Wearing outdoor shoes inside is strictly prohibited. Please bring sports shoes or clean indoor shoes with light-colored soles.
- Barefoot entry into the adventure park is not allowed.
- Entry into the play area with food or drinks is prohibited.
- Food and drinks can only be consumed in designated areas – in the café or at the birthday party tables.
- The adventure park administrator has the right to refuse entry to a child if the child is visibly sick and may pose a health risk to other children.
- The adventure park ensures the presence of staff who assist and guide children in using the attractions.
- Children in the adventure park are under the responsibility of their parents. Parents must supervise their children’s activities on-site.
- Visitors are responsible for ensuring that the activities offered at the adventure park are suitable for their physical abilities and health condition.
- Children aged 5 and younger may only use the trampoline in the presence of a parent.
- The adventure park and its staff are not responsible for accidents involving visitors, except when they are caused by malfunctions in the equipment or attractions.
- The adventure park is under video surveillance. By entering the park, parents and others accompanying children give consent to be recorded by Kuulsaal OÜ’s video cameras.
- Smoking, consuming alcoholic beverages, and using other substances are strictly prohibited in the adventure park.
- If prohibited activities are detected, the staff has the right to ask the visitor to leave immediately.
- Birthday parties are allowed only in the designated birthday rooms.
- Bringing food and drinks to Muuuv Adventure Park is prohibited.
- All exceptions (allergens, special events, etc.) must be agreed upon in advance via email at least 48 hours before the event starts. If no agreement is made and outside food or drink is consumed on the premises, an additional fee of €150 will be charged.
- Tickets must be purchased for children starting from 2 years old.
- The use of sparklers and volcanoes at Muuuv Adventure Park is strictly prohibited.
- By playing at Muuuv Adventure Park, you give consent for you and your children to be photographed/filmed, and Kuulsaal OÜ may publish this photo and/or video material on Muuuv Adventure Park’s website and/or social media channels.
RULES FOR USING ATTRACTIONS
Trampoline Rules:
25. Before jumping, please remove all items from your pockets (phones, keys, jewelry, etc.), as they could damage the trampoline, injure visitors, or get lost between the attractions.
26. Eating, drinking, or chewing gum on the trampoline is prohibited.
27. Wearing glasses while jumping is not recommended.
28. Please do not pull the climbing nets above the trampolines.
29. For resting, please exit the trampoline.
30. No more than 2 children are allowed on the trampoline at the same time.
31. Children under 5 years old may only jump on the trampoline with a parent present.
32. Somersaults and jumping over other participants on the trampoline are strictly prohibited.
33. Jumping from one trampoline to another is prohibited.
Foam Pit Rules:
34. Do not throw foam blocks out of the foam pit.
35. Jumping into the foam pit should be done feet first, back first, or stomach first. Headfirst jumps and other dangerous jumps are prohibited.
36. Before jumping into the foam pit, ensure no one is in the way. Jumping is allowed only after the previous jumper has exited the pit.
Climbing Net, Climbing Wall, and Climbing Tracks Rules:
37. Please be careful while climbing and consider other climbers.
38. Pushing others or jumping or pulling on other attractions is prohibited on the climbing tracks and net pyramid.
39. Climbing is allowed only in designated areas.
40. When climbing, secure long hair and do not bring items that could get lost during climbing.
41. Barefoot climbing is not allowed on the climbing wall.
42. Please do not sit or lie on the mats while someone else is climbing.
43. Always descend from the climbing wall by climbing down, not jumping.
Slide and Climbing Tube Rules:
44. Be careful while sliding and consider other climbers. Before sliding, ensure the end of the tube or the slide is clear of people.
45. Sliding is allowed only sitting or lying down, feet first. When exiting the climbing tube, ensure it is safe.
46. Climbing onto or over the slide’s edge is prohibited.
