Booking fees are required for larger reservations and party packages.
- Advance Payment for Reservation Confirmation
- To confirm larger-scale or package reservations, a partial advance payment of €50 is required.
- The booking fee becomes effective once payment is made via the online payment link.
- By paying the fee, the payer agrees to Muuuvi (Kuulsaal OÜ) “House Rules” and pricing terms.
- All prices are listed in euros.
- The remaining balance, including additional services and products, must be paid on-site via cash or card.
- The advance payment of €50 will be deducted from the final total.
- Cancellation Policy
- The €50 booking fee is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours before the event.
- Muuuv charges for the full reserved time, even if the party duration is shorter than specified in the package.
- Muuuv reserves the right to cancel the reservation 15 minutes after the scheduled start time if the customer has not arrived or informed them of a delay.
- Booking Adjustments
- Muuuv reserves the right to make changes to the pricing.
- Party bookings can be made up to a maximum of 2 months in advance.
- Advance Payment via Online Payment Link
- To confirm your booking, complete all required fields in the booking form and click “Book.”
- The system will redirect you to the payment center, where you can make a partial advance payment of €50.
- Select your preferred payment method: Swedbank, SEB, LHV Bank, Luminor, DanskeBank, COOP Bank, poco bay, or LiisiID.
- Click “Complete Payment” to confirm your payment.
- The payment must be completed within 30 minutes. If not, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
- After completing the payment, click “Return to Merchant” to confirm the transaction and reservation.
Note: For reservations without a package, the full payment for services must be made on the day of the event on-site, either in cash or by card.
- Processing of Personal Data
- Kuulsaal and Muuuv have the right to use (including processing) personal data (e.g., name, phone number, email address) and purchase data to the extent necessary for fulfilling the reservation made through the booking system.
- The seller does not share personal data with third parties, except:
- With the payment service provider, to the extent necessary for completing the payment.
- With the booking system service provider, to the extent necessary for making the reservation.
- Roseni Majad OÜ and Kuulsaal OÜ do not have access to the customer’s banking information when payments are made via online banking.
- Privacy terms can be reviewed on the Muuuv website.
- Booking Communication
- Muuuv will send booking-related information and offers to the customer’s provided email address.
