Can I choose the start time of my booking myself?
The start time can only be selected from the times available on our website.
Can I bring my own food to the party?
Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed with a party package. However, if you’ve only rented the room, you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks.
Does the child’s accompanying adult need to buy a ticket?
No, the accompanying adult does not need to purchase a separate ticket.
Can I change the food or drinks included in the party package?
Unfortunately, the food and drinks included in the package cannot be changed.
How can I get my picture on a cake?
Adding your picture to a cake costs €6. Please send your picture in JPG format at least 72 hours before the event.
How early can I enter the room?
You can enter the birthday room 10–15 minutes before the reserved time.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, you can bring your own cake, but please note that we do not provide refrigerator space for storage.
How can I make a booking?
Bookings can be made through the Muuuvi website.
When do I need to pay the full amount for the booking?
A payment of €50 is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance can be paid at the event location on the day of the party, either in cash or by card.
What is available in the kitchenette?
The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, trays, juice pitchers, kettles, and French presses. All items must be cleaned after use.
Can I order additional food on-site?
Yes, additional food can be ordered from our regular menu on-site.
Can I change the package size on-site?
Package size adjustments can be made up to 48 hours before the event.
What discount do the Partnerkaart/Club One cards provide?
These cards offer a 10% discount on day ticket prices.
Can adults stay at the birthday party?
Yes, adults are welcome to stay at the party.
What happens if more children show up?
Additional day tickets must be purchased for any extra children.
How many children are the meals in the package intended for?
Meals are calculated for either 15 or 20 children, depending on the package.
Can I invite my own entertainer or face painter?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own entertainer or face painter.
Do I need to wash the dishes after the party?
If catering is included in your party package, you do not need to wash the dishes.
Can I bring candles?
Regular cake candles are allowed, but volcano and sparkler candles are prohibited.
Can I choose the room for my party?
Unfortunately, the room for your party cannot be selected.
What color rooms do you have?
We offer red, green, orange, white, and black birthday rooms.
